ABA Quality Help Desk Subject Matter Expert - Introducing Anne Metzger

We are thrilled to announce that Valerie Zimmerman, M.S., BCBA, LBA, has joined NASQN’s ABA Quality Help Desk as a Subject Matter Expert. With over 14 years of experience in behavior analysis, Valerie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for advancing quality in ABA services.


Valerie’s journey in behavior analysis began with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she worked with children in a Head Start program and co-directed an on-campus autism program. During her time at the University of North Texas, she contributed to the development of an ABA unit for the university’s autism center while completing her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis.


Now serving as the VP of Clinical, Quality, and Outcomes at Mindcolor Autism, Valerie focuses on enhancing clinical quality, leveraging organizational behavior management (OBM), and fostering understanding of behavior analysis among parents and professionals.

Her expertise will be invaluable in supporting the ABA community through the Quality Help Desk, providing practical, actionable advice to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
