Jonathan Timm

We're thrilled to introduce Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, LBA, as the newest member of our Board of Directors!


With over 15 years of experience in serving individuals with developmental disabilities, Jon is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a true leader in the field of ABA.


As Founder and Clinical Executive of North Arrow ABA, based in Northern Michigan, Jon has pioneered the delivery of high-quality ABA services to underserved communities, creating greater access to effective care for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. A graduate of Western Michigan University's Master’s program in Behavior Analysis and a certified instructor in Professional Crisis Management, Jon brings a deep commitment to quality and ethics in behavior analysis.


Jon also serves as the Chair of the Quality Committee for the Michigan Behavior Analysis Provider Association (MiBAP) and is an active board member. In his role as Chairperson of Government Affairs, he is excited to elevate policy discussions on ABA service quality that improve our field. We're honored to have Jon on board and look forward to the transformative impact his leadership will bring to NASQN.
