With nearly 20 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and an impressive career spanning clinical and operational leadership roles—including Chief Operating Officer, Regional Clinical Director, Senior Clinician, and Program Director—Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to advancing the quality of ABA services.
Anne’s commitment to quality assurance shines through her extensive work in developing policies, procedures, job aids, and quality assurance tools. She has worked across diverse settings, from clinics and schools to community and home-based services. Currently completing her dissertation on trauma-informed care in behavior analysis for her PhD at Capella University, Anne is also a passionate advocate for access to care and mentoring BCBAs in effectively communicating medical necessity to funders. Her expertise navigating Medicaid, commercial insurance, and self-funded insurance systems makes her an invaluable resource to the ABA community.
Anne joins NASQN to provide practical and actionable support through the ABA Quality Help Desk. Her leadership and dedication are sure to have a positive impact on ABA professionals nationwide.
