NASQN Leadership Continues to Grow


NASQN is delighted to introduce Olivia Banks as the Director of our ABA Quality Help Desk!


Olivia is a dynamic leader in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over a decade of experience driving clinical quality and improving service delivery.


As the Associate Clinical Director at The Place for Children with Autism, Olivia has spearheaded transformative initiatives like the ABA Service Delivery Quality (ASDQ) system, which measures clinical quality and supports positive client outcomes. Since 2019, her expertise and innovative approach have elevated organizational performance, making her a trailblazer in the behavior analytic approach to quality assurance.


With experience spanning home, community, school, and clinic settings across Florida, Michigan, and Illinois, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge and versatility to her role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences from Western Michigan University and a master’s in psychology with a focus in ABA from Florida State University.


Her professional passions include behavioral systems analysis, pay-for-performance models, and scorecard systems to enhance clinical performance and service quality.


We’re excited to see how Olivia's leadership will help NASQN empower ABA professionals to achieve exceptional service delivery.
