Dana D'Ambrosio

We’re excited to introduce Dana D’Ambrosio, MS, BCBA, LBA as NASQN’s new Chairperson of Payor Relations on our Board of Directors! With over a decade of experience in behavioral health and developmental disabilities, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical development, quality improvement, and policy compliance to our team.


Currently, Dana serves as the Director of Clinical Development and Parent Outreach at RethinkFutures, where she leads innovation in evidence-based ASD management solutions and payor partnerships. Her commitment to fostering stakeholder collaboration, standardizing best practices, and improving service quality has made her a driving force in the industry.


Dana's career includes pivotal roles as Team Lead and Care Manager in the Autism Resources Department at New Directions Behavioral Health (now Lucet), where she streamlined workflows and managed BCBA review teams. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State, she has published insights on ABA service optimization, Value-Based Care, and the potential of AI in predicting ASD outcomes.


As she pursues her Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential, Dana is ready to elevate NASQN’s relationships with payors and advance quality standards in ABA services.
