We are thrilled to announce that Alexandra Tomei, M.Ed., BCBA, has joined NASQN as a Subject Matter Expert at our ABA Quality Help Desk. With over 14 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Alexandra brings a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast commitment to ethical, data-driven practices.

In her current role as Director of Clinical Standards at BlueSprig Pediatrics, Alexandra excels in developing and implementing clinical procedures and policies that uphold the highest standards of care. Her leadership is instrumental in coaching clinicians, fostering interdepartmental collaborations, and ensuring that clinical policies align with overarching business objectives.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alexandra is deeply engaged in the ABA community. As a Board Member of the Colorado Association for Behavior Analysis (COABA), she actively contributes to the advancement of the field.

Her dedication to public policy and advocacy is evident through her involvement with COABA's public policy committee, where she has played a pivotal role in advocating for ABA services in schools and securing rate increases for Colorado Medicaid. These efforts earned her team the ALS Advocacy Award in 2023.

Alexandra's academic credentials include a Master of Education degree and completion of the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program at the University of Washington, where she focused on behavioral-based feeding and interdisciplinary collaboration.
