NASQN is thrilled to welcome Nia Flowers, BCBA, to our team as a Subject Matter Expert for the ABA Quality Help Desk! With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families on the Autism Spectrum, Nia is a passionate advocate for quality, equity, and inclusion in ABA services.


As a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Hopebridge Autism Therapy Centers, Nia brings a wealth of knowledge from diverse settings, including classrooms, residential programs, clinics, and homes. Her commitment to excellence in service delivery and her focus on advocating for diverse and inclusive practices make her an invaluable addition to our help desk team.


Beyond her professional achievements, Nia finds joy in her family life with her husband and two children. In her free time, she loves reading, watching movies, and creating memorable moments with loved ones.
