Founder / CEO / Board President
Bryant Silbaugh, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA
Bryant is behavior analyst specializing in the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum disorders with applied behavior analysis. He earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and San Diego State University. Research experiences in behavioral neuropharmacology as an undergraduate and graduate student were excellent preparation for practicing ABA for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder in home, school, and community settings later in his career. He completed his graduate coursework in ABA at the Florida Institute of Technology online, and earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Special Education and Autism Spectrum Disorders at the University of Texas at Austin. There he developed research lines on the reinforcement of operant variability, and the behavioral assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders. Bryant is also a former Assistant Professor of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he served as the Interim Director of the Autism Research Center and developed a line of research on ABA service delivery quality (ASDQ) which is the basis for his vision of a better future of ABA service delivery with quality assurance.

COO / Board Vice President
Jeremy Wilson, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Jeremy Wilson has been dedicated to advancing services and support for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities since 1998.
With a master’s degree in Special Education (moderate to severe disabilities) and a teaching credential from Cal State Northridge, Jeremy further specialized by completing his coursework for Board Certification in Behavior Analysis in 2009. In addition, he earned his PhD in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, bringing deep expertise to his work. Jeremy possesses a wealth of experience across clinical and administrative domains, excelling in areas like clinical mentorship, compliance, quality assurance, continuous improvement, high performance work teams, and organizational behavior management. Known for his commitment to high standards, he has been instrumental in initiatives to elevate service quality and optimize operations through effective auditing and process improvement. In his previous role at 360 Behavioral Health, a California-based organization serving over 1,700 individuals with autism and employing more than 1,500 providers, Jeremy managed key departments including quality assurance, clinical compliance, credentialing, registration, and client intake. His work there included leading cross-functional teams on numerous initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement. In his roles at NASQN, he is passionately focused on fostering service excellence and ensuring adherence to best practices within the ABA field.

Treasurer
Eric Rozenblat, Ph.D., BCBA-D
Eric is the Executive Director of The Institute for Educational Achievement. He earned his Doctorate Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. He served on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis (NJABA), and has held numerous positions for the organization, including Representative-at-Large and President. He currently serves as the Treasurer for the Alliance for Scientific Autism Intervention. He has presented at local and national conferences on various topics including differential schedules of reinforcement, staff training, joint attention, and promoting independence in individuals with autism. He has published work in peer-reviewed journals and has served as a guest editor for Behavior Modification. His research interests include differential schedules of reinforcement, teaching joint attention skills to individuals with autism, and teaching language and social skills through script and script-fading procedures.

Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Harry Voulgarakis, Ph.D., BCBA
Dr. Harry Voulgarakis is a licensed psychologist and licensed, board certified behavior analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). He is an Assistant Professor of Child Study and ABA at St. Joseph’s University, New York, a Clinical Supervisor at Teachers College, Columbia University. He also maintains and private practice based in New York City, specializing in clinical and forensic assessment, behavioral based therapies, and training and consulting for professionals. Dr. Voulgarakis holds a M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with concentrations in Health Psychology and Neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University. Additionally, he earned a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. His research focuses on health-related behavioral phenotypes and their relationship to medical conditions, such as gastrointestinal (GI) issues, exploring these intersections both clinically and empirically. His work is grounded in functional contextualism and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and he applies Relational Frame Theory (RFT) to deepen the understanding of how language and cognition influence behavior, particularly in physical and mental health contexts. Dr. Voulgarakis is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion in ABA, advocating for the representation of diverse practitioners across fields. His research has expanded to practice-related matters, such as ethical decision-making, clinical documentation, and professional development. In addition to research, Dr. Voulgarakis actively involved in mentoring students, supervising clinical trainees, and contributing to professional organizations. Through his work, he bridges research and practice, ensuring that assessment and intervention strategies are accessible to clinicians and consumers.

Director of Resource Development and Production
Adriana Anderson, MA, BCBA
Adriana (Adie- said like 80) Anderson is a BCBA in San Diego, California, and works at Easterseals Southern California as a Clinical Case Manager and Associate Researcher. She received her master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Autism from San Diego State University, working with Sabrina Daneshvar. Adie is a 3rd-year doctoral student at Endicott College, studying under the advisement of Dr. Jill Harper and While her personal interests include football (both the American and UK version) and a passion for Whitney Houston, her research passions focus on staff training as related to strategies to promote fidelity of implementation, behavior analysts' decision-making and training in performance assessment and functional analysis, visual analysis, and quality appraisal tools. She is also an adjunct professor at National University and Endicott College, where she has supported course development processes.

Aarti Thakore, Ph.D., BCBA, LBA
Aarti earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2004. She has about 20 years of experience in the field of psychology, early childhood development, autism, and behavior analysis. She earned her second master’s in Psychology with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology – Chicago Campus in 2011 and her PhD in 2016. Over the years, engaging in the clinical and empirical analysis of learning theories has shaped her determinist worldview. Her clinical and academic goal is to create compassionate, values-based learning experiences for clients, students, and professionals across cultures. As the Director of Clinical Research at the Central Texas Autism Center, she collaborates with professionals and researchers to produce high-quality behavioral research and clinical outcomes. As a behavioral scientist, her research interests include: Advancing the application of Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior in early childhood learning and language development across cultures, evaluating the role of motivation in both natural behaviors (e.g., choice-making) and learned behaviors across cultures, identifying culturally inclined trauma-informed effective methods to prevent the onset of severe problem behaviors, and extending radical behaviorism to broaden the scope of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) within behavioral science. She is also actively involved in clinical supervision and consulting, onboarding/ongoing staff and parent trainings. She is extremely passionate about teaching various concepts and applications in ABA/VB, as well as collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals and researchers to understand the role of environment, cultural contexts, and biology in shaping human behavior overtime. The overarching aim of her clinical and scientific work is to demystify behavioral processes and learning theories to enhance clinical efficiency in applied settings. In her down time, she enjoys yoga, wildlife excursions, and road trips to National Parks with her family.

Payor Relations Chair
Dana D'Ambrosio, MS., BCBA, LBA
Dana D'Ambrosio is an experienced behavioral health and developmental disabilities professional with over 10 years of expertise in clinical development, quality improvement, and policy compliance. She currently serves as the Director of Clinical Development and Parent Outreach at RethinkFutures, where she leads innovation and evidence-based product development for ASD management solutions and payor partnerships. With a Master's degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, Dana has gained a strong understanding of managing and optimizing operations to enhance services and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is committed to driving strategic initiatives that foster stakeholder collaboration, standardize best practices, and improve service quality. Prior to her current role, Dana worked as a Team Lead and Care Manager for the Autism Resources Department at New Directions Behavioral Health (now Lucet). There, she led implementation of new payor contracts, streamlined workflows, and supervised BCBA utilization review teams. She has also provided high-quality, evidence-based ABA services directly to children and young adults. Dana is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York State. She has contributed to the field through published articles on optimizing ABA services, Value Based Care and the use of AI to predict ASD outcomes. Dana is currently studying to become a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

Accreditation and Certification Standards Chair
Manya Ralkowski, EdS., BCBA, LBA, IBA
Ms. Ralkowski has dedicated her career to applied behavior analysis (ABA) and educational program design, supporting diverse communities on the West Coast and into British Columbia. Her journey began with intensive training in a pioneering day camp for autistic children in 1994, where she collaborated with experts from the Lovaas Clinic. With a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders and minors in special education and psychology, she founded the first home-based ABA internship program at Western Washington University, offering critical support to families. Her academic journey includes a Master’s in Education from Lesley University and a graduate certificate in ABA from the University of Washington. She also contributed to early autism research as an assistant teacher on the Project DATA grant at UW’s Haring Center, supporting programs replicated across the Pacific Northwest. Ms. Ralkowski’s expertise extends to instructional leadership, curriculum development, and collaboration with the University of Washington, TeachTown, and Rethink, where she has shaped frameworks in ABA, special education, and social-emotional learning. Her multidisciplinary work with Seattle Public Schools, UW, and the Department of Health has brought integrated support to children and families, blending ABA with other therapies and educational interventions. Her programs, grounded in methodologies like PRT, DTT, and PECS, foster inclusive communities that support learners in reaching their potential.

Jon Timm, MA, BCBA
Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, LBA, is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. As the Founder and Clinical Executive of North Arrow ABA, a nationally recognized leader in ABA services located in Northern Michigan, Jonathan is dedicated to providing high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in underserved communities. A 2011 graduate of Western Michigan University's Master's program in Behavior Analysis and certified instructor in Professional Crisis Management, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the field. He currently serves as Chair of the Michigan Behavior Analysis Provider Association's (MiBAP's) Quality Committee and is an active member of the board. He hopes to bring his experience in advocacy at the state level to the NASQN board, and to help establish national standards of quality through a better understanding of ABA on the policy level.

Quality Assurance
Jennifer Hartman, MA, BCBA
Jenny Hartman has extensive experience in the field of autism and behavior analysis, with nearly 2 decades in the field of ABA and over 15 years as a BCBA. She received her Masters of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University in 2009. Jenny currently serves as Chief Quality Officer at North Arrow ABA, where she has been for the last 4 years. In this role, she supports in the development and execution of objectives related to quality of service delivery; quality control, leadership training & support, and clinical & systems supports across regions of the org. She also leads the Research Development and Curriculum Design Systems, both with North Arrow ABA. Prior to moving to Northern Michigan to be closer to her Midwest roots, Jenny lived in both San Diego, CA and the Denver Metro area in Colorado where she worked as both an outreach consultant and BCBA supervisor before moving into the leadership role of Clinical Director in 2016. Jenny has experience with organizational behavior management, systems analysis, presenting on ABA within the community, and working with individuals with autism and their families in the home, clinic, and school and community settings. She is a previous member of BAAM, COABA, and a current member of the Michigan Behavior Analysts Providers Association (MiBAP), the Network for Empirical Research Development and Support (NERDS) and the National ABA Service Quality Network (NASQN). She is also a member of the Quality Committee with MiBAP. Jenny is passionate about improving client outcomes through better staff training and systems development and best-practice program implementation. Jenny lives in Traverse City, Michigan with her husband and 2 daughters.

Events and Public Relations
Kassi Mau, MBA
Kassi Mau joins our Board of Directors as the Events and Public Relations Chair, bringing a multifaceted background in psychology, communications, and applied behavior analysis. A graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Kassi pursued graduate studies in communications at North Carolina Central University. With over seven years dedicated to the ABA field, her experience spans nonprofit, startup, and national ABA organizations, providing her with a broad perspective on both clinical practice and organizational growth. As the Clinical Partnerships Lead at LEARN Behavioral, Kassi oversees clinical recruitment across 18 states, playing a pivotal role in building partnerships that enhance service quality and foster collaboration. Her role also includes traveling nationwide to represent her organization’s various brands at state and national ABA conferences, expanding her network and advancing her expertise in industry best practices. Currently completing her MBA, Kassi is broadening her business acumen to strengthen her strategic leadership within the ABA field. Kassi’s prior board experience includes dedicated service supporting homebound and disabled individuals in her community. She is excited to bring her commitment to community impact and engagement to her role as Events and Public Relations Chair, where she envisions creating dynamic events and fostering connections that amplify our mission and broaden our reach.
