Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the help desk services. By submitting your question, you signify your acceptance of these terms.
1. Non-Binding Advice and Informational Purposes Only
The information, guidance, and advice provided by NASQN’s ABA Quality Help Desk are intended solely for informational purposes to support ABA professionals in their quality assurance efforts. The advice provided through this service should not be considered a substitute for direct consultation with qualified professionals or a replacement for individualized legal, regulatory, or clinical advice. NASQN assumes no responsibility for actions taken based on advice or guidance provided through this help desk.
2. No Professional Relationship
Your submission to the ABA Quality Help Desk and any responses you receive from NASQN or its representatives do not create a confidential or fiduciary relationship, nor do they establish a professional, therapeutic, legal, or consulting relationship between you and NASQN or any of its affiliates, officers, employees, or representatives.
